Working out on somewhat of a summery day

 My Thursday morning began at 6:00 a.m. At 6:10 by drinking a cup of hot coco awhile eating my fruit. At 6:10 I then had a bowl cereal with banana. With banana along with a slice of toast with honey on it. Once I had finished eating, I then at 6:00 had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 7:05 I began to do my typing exercises. At 7:17 I began to do my constant therapy. I then went back to bed and slept from 7:30-10:15. After making my bed, at 10:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:40 I then iced my back and shins. At 10:55 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. At 11:00 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper body. At 11:04 I then strapped on my ankle weights then began to do my leg exercises. At 11:13 I then grabbed my hand gripped and squeezed them three times for thirty seconds each . At 11:25 I then filled my empty pill containers before watching the news at noon. While watch the news, I had eaten some shrimp with a fruit drink. At 12:30 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:30 until 2:30. After shaving and taking a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:00 I then ate my salad. At 3:27 I then ate my dinner. At 4:00 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.
