My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. buy by eating my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. At 10:25 I then had some salmon, a scrambled egg, and a toast along with a slice of banana for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then at 10:50 brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 10:50 shaved. At 11:00 I began to do my typing lessons. At 11:15 I then did my constant therapy. At 11:40 I then did my back stretches. At 11:50 I began to do my the stretches that learned to do after having my stroke. At 11:58 I had used my hand grips squeezing them five times fro thirty seconds. At 12:02 I then worked my upper boday before strapping on my ankle weights and doing my leg exercises. After ending my workout I then did a little work on my third book. At 1:30 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:30. At 4:00 I then ate my salad before eating a quarter of a tuna Italian. Once I had finished eating, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
