Sending an e-mail to my vision rehab specialist

 My Morning began at 10:48 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of cocoa while eating my fruit. At 10:00 I then had quiche with toast and banana. Once I had finished eating, at 11:30 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 11:50 made my bed. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I began to do my constant therapy. At 12:50 I began to do my back stretches. At 1:05 I had used my hand grips. At 1:12 I then did my thera band exercises to strengthen my arms and legs. At 1:20 I then used my five pound dumbbell's to do my weight work out. At 1:05 I then finished my work out. Once I had shaved, at 1:45 I lied down to rest. I slept until 4:00. After eating my salad, I then ate dinner. At 4:30 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:00 I then e-mailed Samantha Green my Certified vision rehab specialist so as to ask her what days that she is Lewiston Auburn so that I can fit in to my therapy schedule at Goodwill. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
