doing my leg exercises

 My Saturday i morning began at 10:00 Once I was aware, at 10:20 I then had my fruit while drinking a cup of apple cider. At 10:27 I then had quiche with some cranberry sauce. At 10:46 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs or air with my inhaler, I then made my bed. After doing so, I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:34 I then began to do my thera band exercises for my arms and legs. After using my hand grips, at 11:48 I then worked on my book. At 2:03 I then went outside to walk laps on our deck. At 2:30 I then went inside to rest. I slep for an hour. At 3:30 I then shaved and took a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:00 I then had eaten a salad. After doing so, i then ate dinner. At 4:45 I then brushed my teeth and blogged of my day.
