BOO!
I began my Wednesday morning at at 8:00 a.m. by eating my a bowl of cereal and a toasted english muffin, with jelly and jam on it. Once I had finished eating, I then went downstairs at 8:30 to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:00 I had returned to my bedroom to do my stretching and weight exercises. At 9:40 I then went to the laundry room to start a wash. Once I had done so, I returned to my bedroom to get ready for my day. Once I had taken my shower and was ready to go, I then returned to the laundry room to gather the laundry to hang on on the clothing rack to dry. I then had a bite to eat before leaving to go to WestSide. I arrived to WestSide at 1:00. Upon doing so I had gone to the conference room for support group. Tina, Dee Dee, Denise, Todd, and I shared things of our week with Deb and Christine. Tina was letting the group know how she feels bad when others have things bad things going on to share and her week has gone well. Denise's week went well. I had shared how my headaches are and how I am going to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for my yearly check up. Dee Dee shared how she had gone for an M.R.I. to check for Tumors and every thing ckecked clear. Dee Dee also went shopping with her mom. At 2:00 I then made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Nancy. My blood pressure first checked at 120 over 96. I then walked on the tredmill for 15:20, distance .658, calories burned 83.5. My blood pressure 122 over 90. I then did leg exercises in the parallel bars. I then walked in the hall way making eight laps around. Jill was in her office and had stepped out to say hi and it happened to be on my left side where there is no vision and it jumped me. After doing eight laps around one-fourth mile at a record breaking pace 4:37 twenty seconds off previous time. At 3:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 4:00. Once inside I had called my friend Stacie. We had talked for thirty minutesI then sat down to blog.
