stretching my legs, using a theroband

I began my Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat a bananna sandwhich for breakfast along with my hot cocoa and orange juice. At 8:50 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then went to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. While I was downstairs I rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went back to my bedroom to make my bed with clean sheets. At 9:40 I then went back to the laundry room so as to get the laundry to hang on the clothing rack to dry. At 10:00 I started another load of laundry. I then returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. Once I had finished my weight exercises, I then started the dish washer. At 10:35 I had returned to my bedroom to do my stretching. At 11:00 I then had hung the second load to dry. Once I had done so I then continued to stretch. At 11:00 I then pulled out my speech and breathing exercises, which I had worked on for thirty minutes. I then took my shower getting ready for the rest of my day. Once I had cleaned my bathroom I then went out into the kitchen at 12:20 to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating I then had emptied the dishwasher, thus putting the dish's away. At 1:00 I had lied down to rest, thus sleeping until 3:00. I then called my grandmother to talk briefly, before going out into the kitchen at 4:30 to eat my dinner. At 5:00 I then had my parents help me with some stretching done with my legs and feet, thus using a theroband. At 5:15 I then sat down to blog.
