Rest is Best

I began my Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. by going out to the kitchen to a bowl of cream of wheat and toast for breakfast. At 9:30 I then brushed my teeth, made my bed, shaved, then I had put my laundry away. I then did some stretching before I had taken my shower. At 11:00 I then went back to bed. I had slept until 1:30 before getting up to eat my lunch. I then did my breathing exercises. At 2:30 I had folded laundry in the dryer before calling United Wheelchair and WestSide to let them know I would be going in tomorrow. I then lied down to rest again. At 3:20 my friend Sara had called. We had talked for thirty minutes. I then went to the kitchen to eat a bowl of soup. Nothing better to have when you are feeling under the weather. I then typed my blog, brushed my teeth, then went to bed at 4:30
