doing toe raises in P.T.

I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out to the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat fruit with fruit dip. Once I had done so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal and toasted english muffin. Along with a cut up bananna in my hot cereal I was good to go. Once I had finshed with breakfast I returned to my bathroom to brush my teeth. I then began to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. Once I had finshed I then stretched before taking my shower. I then made my way downstairs to the family room to fold some laundry that was dry. I then put it away. At 9:00 Larry from United had arrived to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for 10:30 I had met with Dr. Ablitz. Together we discussed how my recovery is going, and where I should be at this point. He ended by saying just keep up the good work. In a matter of speaking. At 11:00 I then had my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first took my blood pressure reading. 108 over 80. We then went through my breathing exercises. This has been instructed for me to do at the begining and end of each P.T. session by the speech theropist Carina. Dan and I then went outside and walked 3500 feet in 14 minutes and 23 seconds. I then went back into the gym to do some toe raises, holding them up as long as I could. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with Ashly, Greg, Mark, Tim, Kay, and others. Once I had finshed eating, I then went to the lobby to meet my driver from United to bring me home. I had arrived home at 2:00 thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 4:00 before getting up. I then went out to the kitchen to have a glass of egg nog while talking to my grandmother on the telephone. Once I had taken my shower, I then sat down to blog.
