Turkey soup great way to end a cold and windy day

I began my Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. by getting up to do my stretching exercises. I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa. O nce I had done so, I then had toasted breads and muffins for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth before going down stairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 11:30 I was back in my bedroom doing my weight exercises. At 12:00 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the rest of the day. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then sat down to do my speech and breathing exercises. Once of my breathing exercises is to take a deep breath in through my nose, then exhale through my teeth making a sssssssss sound, so as to control my breathing so as not to skip a breath. Hopefully in the process of doing the other speech exercises that I do that the Polmonologist gave me will strengthen my lungs. At 1:00 I then filled out the survey the hospital gave me to fill out for my most recent visit. I then put the clean laundry away in my bedroom. At 1:15 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:00 before getting up. I then went online briefly before dinner. At 4:30 I then went out to the kitchen to eat Turkey soup for dinner. Nice and warm on a cold and windy day.
