coming home from camp
I began my morning this Sunday at 7:00 a.m. by packing things up and loading them into the car. My mother and I had left camp to go home. We had arrived home at 7:30 a.m. Once the car was unpacked and things were put away, I had returned to my bedroom to my weight exercises. After doing so I then stretched. At 8:44 I then sat down to eat my breakfast. After doing so, I then took my shower, thus getting for the day ahead. At 10:00 my mother and left for church. After Mass we went to visit my grandmother so that my mother could give her communion and just to check in and say hello. We had arrived home at 12:00 Upon doing so I had gone to my bedroom to do my hand and ankle exercises. My mother then made my a steak and cheese sandwich for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:50-3:15 before getting up to have something cool to eat. I then sat down to play words with friends. At 3:40 my sister had called, we spoke briefly before I handed the phone off to my mother. After doing so I then did some laughter therapy and then my tension and Identification and control exercises. Tightening muscles and relaxing them. Eyes, shoulders, neck, ect. I then took my shower before sitting down to blog of the days events.
