Hot Hot Hot
I began my Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. by getting in my bunk house and packing up to go back home from camp with my mother. We had left for home at 7:00 and had arrived at 7:30. Upon doing so My mother and I brought things in from the car into the house. At 8:00 I then went to my bedroom to do my leg and arm weight exercises. I then did my stretching. At 8:30 I had put my clean laundry away before going back out into the kitchen to have a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast on toasted bread. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bathroom to brush my teeth and to take my shower. At 8:15 I then watched some morning news while waiting to leave for church. At 9:45 my mother and I had left to go pick my grandmother up at the Pierce House, We then went to church. After Mass, we had brought my grandmother home, then continued on home ourselves. We had arrived home at 11:45. I was still full from breakfast, so I had gone straight to my bedroom to lied down to rest. I had slept from 11:45 to 2:45, which I tend to do when the temperature outside is 90 plus degrees and humid. I can barely function in this weather, SO HOT!!! Once I was up my father took me to the shop to give me a haircut. We had returned home at 3:40. Thus skipping my lunch I had a salad my mother was making for dinner. So I ate the salad a little earlier. I then went back to my bedroom at 4:00 in the air conditioned room to read the newspaper. I then did my tension I.D. and control exercises. along with my breathing exercises. I then did some laughter therapy before dinner. At 5:15 I then went to the kitchen to English muffin pizza's. I then went to my bedroom to blog, before calling it a day.
