keeping myself hydrated

i began my Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. by making myself  a banana sandwhich for breakfast. Once i had finished eating, i then rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:00 i had returned to my bedroom to strap my ankle weights on and do my leg exercises. After doing my arm exercises, i had shoveled more snow off the deck. i then did my stretching exercises before speaking to father on the phone.  i then spoke to my grandmother. i then filled my water bottle with ice before filling up. Once i had returned to my bedroom i had sat down at my desk to fill my weekly pill containers for the week. As i was doing so i found that it was time to refill my prescriptions. At 11:30 i then went out into the kitchen to eat my lunch. i then filled my water bottle again with ice before going back to my bedroom to rest. i had slept from 12:00-3:00 before going out into the kitchen to eat a salad my mother had made for me when she arrived home from work. After doing so, i had taken my shower. At 3:40 i had put some clean laundry away before sitting down to blog.
