Hiking trails at Poland Springs on our last hike of the season

I began my Monday morning at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After a thirty minute stretching routine, I then preceded wot work my upper body. I had skipped the ankle weights today for some reason. After doing so I then preceded to get ready for the rest of my day. After taking my shower, I then went into the kitchen to eat some fruit. While I was doing so, my mother had made me an egg sandwich. I had finished eating at 6:50. I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my knapsack, I pad and lunch and sat down to wait. United had arrived at 7:20. After picking up some other clients along the way we arrived at WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I then waited in lobby with other clients for our last hiking group. As soon as we were there we went to Poland Spring to hike on trails with Matt and Carol. As we were hiking the trails, I was tripping over roots and rocks along the way. Matt had held the gates belt I had wrapped around my waist the entire hike. My ankle is still week so it tended to give while hiking. The trail was like a small mountain. I found it to be very challenging on the way down. There was even a golf course near buy. As nuts and other things fell from trees above while on our hike, Matt would joke about the golfers on the course hitting there balls in the woods where we were hiking. We had returned to WestSide at 11:00. Just in time to go to the conference room for laughter therapy. Today Deb and Flourina had us first check in by saying something positive that we did over the weekend followed by a yah. We then did some laughter exercises before laughing to episodes of The Big Bang Theory. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. I then took a shower before meeting with Deb at 1:00 to work with my I pad. Today we continued to practice using skype. At 2:00 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 3:30 thus sleeping the entire trip. I then went inside to get comfortable before sitting down to blog.
