Working on my story during Brain Injury Education Group

I began my Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. I did not have to be to therapy until 11:00, so I was able to sleep in a little longer. Once I was out of bed I then began to stretch. After doing so I then began to do my weight exercises while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:00I then made my way into the kitchen to some grapes and cut up pear with fruit dip. I then had some toast with nuetella and peanut butter. At 7:50 I then went for a walk I had returned at 8:20. Once inside, I then took my shower, thus getting ready to go to therapy. At 9:00 I then called my grandmother. We spoke briefly, I then gathered my lunch and my knapsack. Out the door I went. United had brought me to WestSide for 11:00 a.m. Upon my arrival for 11:00 a.m. I had put my lunch into my locker before going to the conference room Brain Injury Education Group. Today the members of the group and I continued to work on my personal story that I will be using when we present in front of schools and groups. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing I then had my p.t. session with Mat. Today we had gone to bates pond to walk around for forty minutes before returning to WestSide. While there the ducks were quacking and fluttering around in the water. Once I was back at WestSide I had taken a shower before meeting with Maria for my counseling session with Maria. Today we spoke about goals and where I see myself. I then left for home. I had arrived home at 4:45. I then went strait to my bedroom to blog before dinner.
