Pine Tree Adventure

Tuesday September 3, 2014 I had arrived at Pine Tree Camp at 11:00 a.m. this morning. Once I had my things in my cabin, I then I then went to the mess hall. While waiting, I had sat on a bunch with another camper there. At 11:45 we were inside for the orientation and cabin assignments. They alos spoke about what activities there would be. At 12:30 we then went to the cafeteria for lunch. On the menue today were hot dogs and hamburgers. along fries and onion rings. I also had a hot chocolate to go along with my hotdog and onion rings. While eating, I had spoke to other people there. Once I had finished eating I had gone to the craft room. I had made necklace by intertwining elastic bands. At first it seemed complicated, but one I got a rhythm going I had it done in no time at all. At 3:00 I then went for a boat ride with others on a party boat. After a thirty minute ride I was back in the craft room finishing up my project. At 4:45 I then went to the dining hall for dinner. On the menue was chicken pot pot with salad and fruit drink. Once we had finished eating we were given the choice of a chocolate chip cookie, or peanut butter cookie. At 6:15 I had gone back to the cabin to take a shower. I then went back to the mess hall to participate in the wacky olympics. Meridyth and I won the water balloon toss. At 7:15 I sat with others by the lake. I then went inside to play cribbage until 9:00. I then went back to my cabin to go to bed. Wednesday September 4 2014 I began my Wednesday morning at Pine Tree Camp at 6:30 by getting and taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day. At 7:00 I then went to the mess hall for a bowl of cereal and a raisin bagel. While the breakfast was ready I then had some eggs and hash browns and half of an english muffin. While eating, I sat with others, enjoying conversation. At 9:00 I then went to my cabin to brush my teeth before meeting others at the main hall. From there we went on a nature hike. Our destination was the tree house. We then left the tree house at 10:00. I was then back in the mess hall at 10:15 decorating a Pine Tree T-shirt. At 11:00 I then brought my t-shirt to my cabin. I then went on the porch to look at the water with others. At 1200 I then went in the mess hall for a roast beef wrap and potato salad for lunch.Once I had finished eating I then went back to the craft room at 1:00 to make a craft. After doing so, I went back to my cabin at 1:30 to lied down to rest. I had slept for an hour. I was so hot laying there, I had to get up. I then took another walk to the tree house with Michelle, Courtney, and three others. We were back at the mess hall at 4:30 to eat dinner and have a going away party for Courtney. We had a cake a music by Damon. We then danced from 7:00-9:00 non stop. Nancy then walked me back to my cabin. I then brushed my teeth and went to bed at 9:30. Thursday September 5, 2014 I began my Thursday morning at 5:30 by getting to take a shower. After doing so, I then packed up my things At 8:00 I then went to the mess hall for breakfast. They had served us pancakes, sausage, baco, and cereal optional. I also had some grapes. At 9:00 I then went back to my cabin to brush my teeth before grabbing my ski bag, and out the door I went. I had arrived home at 10:15. Upon doing so I had started a load of laundry. I then continued to unpack. At 11:00 I had called my mother to let her know that I was home. I then took in some laundry that had been drying. After folding it I then hung the load I had just washed. After doing so I then started another load. At 11:30 I had some lunch, I then put my things away from my trip. At 12:25 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:30. I then went for a ride in my fathers new truck. I had arrived home at 4:45. Once I had eaten my dinner, I then sat down to blog. What a pine tree adventure, I had.
