Completing our thankfulness tree in expressive arts

I began my Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had some dropped egg on toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then preceded to start in with my stretching routine. Once I was loose, I then preceded with my weight workout. After doing so, I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had called my grandmother. At 8:40 I then unpacked my suitcase from the weekend. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I had grabbed my things and was on my way to WestSide. Larry had picked me up in time to be at WestSide for my 10:45 case management appointment with Piper. I had told her about me recent aura/seizure I had at yesterday's thanksgiving dinner. At 11:50 during expressive arts we had finished making our thankfulness tree. Once we had our cans decorated, with tree limb, we then put rock and colored sand in the can. We then cut leaves out to put on the tree with things written on them that we are thankful for. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch and take a shower. After doing so, I then had my rehab session with Deb. Deb had helped put post on my I pad this months issue of the brain injury magazine so that I can go write to it. She then told me about a new I pad that I can purchase through the division of the blind. At 1:00 I then met with literature group. today Laura had us take turns reading as we discussed our book. At 2:00 Al took me home. I had arrived home at 3:15 and went strait to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to blog. I then ate dinner before calling it a day.
