Sally's Back!

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by first doing my upper weight exercises. I then strapped on my ankle weight and then worked my legs. Once I had finished my weight workout, I then began to stretch. At 6:00 I then had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had gone out into the kitchen so as to have some have some toasted pancakes for breakfast while eating some fruit. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth and soon was on my way to therapy. United Wheelchair had picked me up at 7:00 a.m. Once we had picked up another client we had arrived at 9:00 a.m. I had first put my lunch and clothing into my locker. I then went back up to the lobby to sit and wait for an hour before poetry group. This had given me time to write a still life poem for poetry group. The scarecrow stands on the table, In the corner willing and able, The cleanix box in its way, Is there for people to blow away, This is where you can find, This arrangement, It's one of a kind. I then overheard Bruce the United Wheelchair Driver sat, "I heard that Sally is coming back two days a week. Thursday and Friday. This will give Brenda a chance to go to BaySide and work two days. At 10:00 I had then gone to the conference room. During poetry group, I had shared the still life poem I had just written. Carina then remarked, You'll have the entire lobby covered Troy, If you keep this up. Good job." We then workshopped our poems we would like help with improving. For next week I have to come up with a title for the still life poem I had written today. At 11:00 I then met Liz in the gym for my p.t. session. I first walked .33 miles on the treadmill working on my heal toe step as I was doing so. I then used a thero band to do ankle exercises. She then had me stand on the errix pad, so as to work on balance. She then showed me some other ankle exercises. At 12:00 I then had taken a shower before eating my lunch. At 12:30 Deb then spoke to me about getting in touch with vocational rehab to help continue writing my book. Deb then helped me with my Christmas letter. At 1:00 United then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15. Upon doing so, I had gone to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up. Once I had eaten I had called United to see what time I would be picked up tomorrow. 9:30 a.m. I then went to my bedroom to blog before calling grandma.
