Sharing a poem
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. After doing so, I had a plate of four pancakes for breakfast. At 6:20 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once they were polished, I then called United Wheelchair to see what time, that I would be picked up this morning. 7:30 pick up which gave me an hour to exercise and get ready. Once off the phone, I then began to stretch. I then had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I had arrived to WestSide at 9:00 a.m. Once inside, I had put my clothing and my lunch into my locker. I then went to the conference room for poetry group. Today Carina had us first sharing our poems before continuing with the coursera course. We first took a quiz. We then spoke about metafore. Next we have to bring in a poem we would like to workshop, edit, and critiqued by other group members. We then have to come up with a question for the group. At 11:00 I had met Liz in the gym for my p.t. session. It has ben a while since I have ben having seizures. I first walke twenty minutes on the treadmill at a speed of 1.8 mph. I then did balance exercises in the parallel bars. At 12:00 I had eaten lunch in the dining area before taking a shower. At 1:00 I had met with Deb. Today we had worked on my biography. At 2:00 I had grabbed my things and went home. I had arrived home at 3:22. Once inside I had gone right to bed. I had slept until 5:08 before getting up. I then had eaten dinner before calling United to see what time that I would be picked up tomorrow. I then pulled up my blog.
