Taking on more responsibility during B.I . E. group

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I then preceded to do my upper weight exercises before strapping on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. Once I had finished my workout, I then shaved before taking my shower. At 6:50 I had gone out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My mother had me a banana sandwich with peanut butter on one side and nutella on the other. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 7:00 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I had gone to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I then called my grandmother before leaving. Upon my arrival to Westside, I had met with Brad for counseling. We had first checked my views on my blog before doing a fifteen minute mindfulness practice. I then went to the lobby for my thirty minute break. At 11:00, I had made my way to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. We had first spoke about clients taking on more tasks while in the group and outside the group, so as to organise for presentations and activities. I volunteered to type up a personal story. We then practiced the activity where you circle your foot while trying to write your name on your knee. It is harder then you think. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. I then took a shower before going to support group. Today in support group we checked in before discussing the quote, "You can't control who walks into your life, but you can control which window to through them out." At 2:00 I then had a nursing session with Brenda. She had given me a few suggestions to help me further with my headaches. Using a cool mist humidifier. Brenda then took my blood pressure 122 over 84. At 2:30 Norm for United Wheelchair brought me home. I had arrived home 3:40. Once inside, I had called my grandmother before pulling up my blog, so as to type my daily entree.
