discussing events for presentation
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so, I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. Once I had done so I then had two pieces of toast with jelly. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth. At 7:00 I then began to do my weight exercises. First upper then lower. Once I had completed my workout, I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:30 I had folded some laundry in the dryer then put it away. At 7:55 I had started another load of laundry. After doing so, I had called grandma to chat. Once off the phone, I had grabbed my lunch and knapsack and to WestSide I went. Upon my arrival, I had put my things in my locker before my counseling session with brad. We had first discussed events going on in my life before doing a mindfulness practice. At 10:30 I had gone out into the lobby to sit during my thirty minute break. At 11:00 I then made my way to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we worked on organizing activities for our next presentation. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before going to the conference room for support group. Next week I am responsible for taking in the quote that we are to discuss. At 2:00 Roger from United Wheelchair took me home. I had slept all the way. I had arrived home at 3:15, thus going strait to bed. I had slept til 5:05 before getting up to call my grandmother. I then ate dinner before sitting down to blog.
