Doctors appointment with my primary care doctor
My Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. by going to the laundry so as to start a wash. I then went to the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then called my grandmother to see how her morning was going. At 10:20 I then took the sheets off my bed. Once I had started the dishwasher, I had returned to the laundry room to hang laundry to dry. At 10:45 I then returned to my bathroom so as to shave. At 10:50 I then started another wash. I then returned to my bedroom so as to put clean sheets on my bed thus making it. At 11:00 I then road the bike. After doing so for twenty minutes, I had returned to my bedroom so as to fill my empty pill containers for the week. At 11:37 I then preceded to strap on my ankle weights, so as to work my legs. At 11:50 I then began to stretch. At 11:55 I then washed some dishes in the sink before wrapping up my stretching routine. At 12:00 I then had a bowl of soup while watching the news. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then called Maa. General Hospital Epilepsy Unit so as to answer some question, and to give them my insurance information. At 12:30 I then took a shower, thus getting ready to go the doctors. At 1:00 I then looked for pictures of me running to put in my book. The races I use to run pryer to having my stroke of course. At 1:30 my mother had taken me to Farmington Family Practice for my doctors appointment. Along the way I had stopped at the pharmacy to pick up some medication. Once at the doctors office the nurse took my weight, blood pressure, and pulse, I then met with doctor Emery. We soon left the doctors at 3:00 and arrived home at 3:20. I then called my grandmother. At 5:00 I then ate dinner. I then sat down to blog before calling it a day.
