working in the garden with Liz while I worked on my balance in my step

My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had peanut butter and honey on toast. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then went back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 7:10 I had made my bed. After doing so I had began to work out. I first grabbed my dumb bells so as to work my arms. I then began to stretch. At 7:40 I then had taken a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 8:10 I had filled up my pill containers for the week ahead. I then sat to wait for my ride. United Wheelchair had arrived at 9:30 to bring me to WestSide Neuro rehab. Upon my arrival, I had put my things into my locker before going to the gym to wait for Liz. During my P.T. session Liz took me outside so as to work in the garden. Once Liz had the gate belt on out the door we went. In doing so, I had worked on my balance by putting loads of soil into a wheel barrel and bringing to the garden so as to mix it. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating lunch. At 12:30 I then met with nurse. Brenda first took my blood pressure 126 over 84. We then spoke about my auras and or seizures that I might have had over the past week. At 1:00 During my rehab session with Deb, she had helped me put pictures into my book. At 2:00 during my case management session with Piper, We spoke about my latest M.R.I. and how she could obtain a copy of the disc. We then spoke briefly of my upcoming medical appointment at Mass. General, for my seizures. The whole idea of being put in a room hooked up to all kinds of wires, with noises and sounds so as to trigger a seizure is kind of scary. At 2:15 Rod took me home. Upon my arrival at 3:30, I had gone strait to bed. I had slept until 5:24 before getting up. I then ate dinner before calling my grandmother. I then pulled up my blog.
