HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SISTER BARBARA

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then preceded to do my upper weight exercises. At 6:00 I then preceded to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had taken my shower I then went out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. I then had then had a bowl of hot cereal with toast. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth. I then grabbed my things and off to therapy I went. Upon my arrival, I had put my things into my locker. I then met with Laura today who was filling for Brad for my counseling session. I had worked on letting the people transporting me now that I am visually impaired and that I will need door to door to assist. I had a couple incidence where I had fallen so far. Be legally blind what would you expect. At 10:00 I then had my p.t. session with Sarah. I was first on the oliptycal for twenty minutes. I then did some balance exercises. first using the half ball. I then did some leg raises then used the thera band. At 11100 I then went to the craft room for expressive arts. Casey and Michelle had us making wind chimes. We continued choosing beads and supplies. At 12:00 I then took a shower before eating my lunch. At 12:30 I then had a support session with Deb. Today we mod podged the wooden blocks I had painted. At 1:00 During literature group Laura we continued to read. Laura then gave us questions to answer over the week. At 2:00 I then met with Tobie for my recreational therapy session. We then continued to look at pictures to put in my book. At 3:00 during creative writing with Laura, we first did a free write, we then were each given a short story, we then chose names from a bag, we then substituted the names in the story with the names we had chosen of Therapist at WestSide. I then arrived home at 5:15. I had first called my grandmother before eating dinner. I then got myself comfortable before typing my blog entry.
