I am an inspiration
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking a shower, drinking my hot cocoa while getting ready. Once I was ready, I had gone into the main camp at 6:10. Once inside I had eaten some fruit with fruit dip before having a breakfast sandwich. At 6:30 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth and wait for my ride. At 7:00 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to therapy. Upon my arrival I had gone to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dannielle. She first had me on the nu step for ten minutes before going outside to do some running in the parking lot. I had run a total 360 feet, and with shorter rest breaks. My right arm would tend to wonder, but for the most part I did quite well. Danielle had given me an exercise to do with my arms so as to get my right one back in shape. Moving them so as to imitate running. At 10:00 I then had a rehab session on with Michelle. She and I had worked on my speech I will be giving at the up coming Brain Injury Conference. At 11:00 During Brain Injury Education Group Michelle and Laura spoke about places where we could do presentations. We then continued working on the quiz we give out at the end of each presentation. At 12:00 I then had eaten my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then received compliments from other clients. Nice smile, Always smiling, you sure do work hard, wish I could run like you, went to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing I then stayed in the conference room so as to type my blog while waiting to leave for home at 3:00.
