Working on my speech for the upcoming brain injury conference
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After I had gone through my stretching routine, I then preceded to work my upper body. At 5:30 I then shaved thus taking my shower while sipping on my hot cocoa. At 6:00 I then made my way into the main camp so as to eat some fruit before having a banana sandwich for breakfast. At 7:30 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. United Wheelchair had arrived at 7:15. I had arrived at WestSide neuro rehab at 8:45. I then had gone to my locker to put my clothing and lunch in before going out into the garden with Tobie and the gardening group. Today we harvested tomatoes and herbs. We then brought them inside to wash so as to put out for the clients to take home. At 10:00 I had a rehab session with Michelle. Today we started to organize my presentation I will be doing at the upcoming brain injury conference. We spoke about me doing a power point presentation. We then make an eight week schedule of what to work on each week. At 11:00 we went to the next conference room over for Brain Injury Education Group. We had worked with Michelle in group today we had worked on one of the clients story's with Laurie and Michelle. We then looked up schools to as to do presentations at. At 12:00 I had gone to the kitchen so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. Allot of the conversation was based upon last weeks pine tree camp and what clients had done. For example; tie die shirts, dance, and pontine boat ride. At 2:00 United then brought me to camp. I had arrived at 3:15. Upon doing so, I had gone strait into my camp so as to lay down. I had slept from 3:15-5:40. I then pulled up my blog and typed in my entree for the day before eating dinner.
