Making pickled beans during canning group
MY Monday morning began at 4:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. Once I had completed my work out, I then had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went into the main camp at 5:30 so as to eat some fruit before having a breakfast sandwich. At 6:00 I had gone back into my camp so as to put some clean laundry away. At 7:15 United had picked me up to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait down stairs to put my things into my locker. I then stayed down there for canning group. Today we had made pickled green beans. I had also emptied the dishwasher while I was not doing anything. I then put the jars in boiling water. I then washed pots. At 10:00 I had left the two hour group to do some running with Tobie. I first road the olyptical for ten minutes, we then went outside to do some running in the parking lot. I have to say I was able to pick my foot every step. Tobie and I then went back inside the gym to stretch. At 11:00 I saw John and he said, "Good job on the running Troy." At 11:00 during a rehab session with Jessica, the two of us worked on editing my book. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen so as to eat my lunch, I then took a shower before continuing on with my day. At 1:00 During cog skills group I had play Express yourself with Laura and Casey. At 2:00 I then meet with Piper for case management. I then went to a free room so as to type my blog entree before going home, while waiting to leave.
