Working on the quiz in B.I.E. Group

My Wednesday morning began at 4:30 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then precede with my upper and lower weight workout. After doing so, I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went into the Main camp so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 7:00 I then sat in my camp waiting for my ride. I had a left camp at 7:15. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:45 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before going to the gym to meet Daniel for my P.T. Session. We had first went out into the parking lot so as to do some running. It is getting better every week. My arm seems to shake and my breathing is not the best but overall, I think I am getting the hang of it once again. I had gone 330 feet twice then 315 feet once. I did a total of 5,280 feet. Miles sounds better, but I will get there. I then went into the gym to stretch my legs. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, I continued to work on my power point presentation to be given at the upcoming brain injury conference. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group We continued to reword the questions we have in our quiz that we give at the end of each presentation with Michelle. While doing so, Deb had popped in to say hi. What surprise for the group. At 12:00 I then had gone to eat my lunch before taking a shower. I then went back to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing, I then went home. I had arrived home at 3:30 thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:15 before getting to blog before dinner.
