Writing a train
My Tuesday morning began at 4:00 a.m. By getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so I then preceded with my weight workout. First my upper body then strapping on those ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 5:00 I had taken my shower thus getting ready while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:00 I had made my way into the main camp. Once inside I had some toast with jam. At 7:00 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. At 7:15 my ride arrived and I was on my way. Upon my arrival to WestSide At 9:00 I had put my things into my locker before meeting with Leor for a counseling session. Once I had finished talking about my weekly frustrations, I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. Dan first had twenty minutes on the nu step. I then went out into the hallway. Dan had me speed walking trying to stop on a dime. Walk stop walk stop. Doing this was difficult when trying not to lose your balance. Dan then put a beam on the floor. I then tried side stepping on the beam. Dan then had me put my heal and toe on beam without losing my balance. AT 11:00 I then went to the craft room. During expressive arts Michelle had us making a craft with Popsicle sticks. At 12:00 I then I had eaten my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went back to the craft room for literature group. After reading another chapter we then discussed what book we want to read next. The fifths wave and the grapes of wrath came up. At 2:00 during recreational therapy Tobie and I worked on my speech for the conference. I have to look up poems that I had written during my stay while in the hospital. At 3:00 I then went to the computer room for creative writing. Today Laura had us do our fifteen minute free write before doing the train activity. This is where we each took a turn writing adding to the story. A4:00 Dan took me home. I had arrived at camp at 5:30. I then got comfy before typing my blog. I then ate dinner.
