Pealing apples during canning group
My Monday morning began at 4:15 a.m. By getting out of bed to stretch. I then preceded with my upper weight exercises. Once I had gone through the routine, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 5:00 I then shaved and had taken my shower. After doing so My father had brought some fruit and hot cocao out to me into my camp. He then brought me out an omlet, beans and toasted brown bread. Once I had finished eating I had brushed my teeth. Once I had cleaned my sink, I had watched some news while waiting for my ride. I had camp at 7:15. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I had brought my things downstairs to my locker and stayed down there for canning group. Laura then had me pealing and chopping apples. Once my task was complet, I then washed dish's. At 10:00 I had to leaved canning group to go to the gym for p.t. Danielle had me15:00 minutes on the olyptical. She then had me doing toe taps on the Erix ball. She then had me doing step ups and lunges. After doing so I then worked on balance by standing on the Erix ball and half foam roller. Tomorrow I will be bringing my running sneakers to do some running. At 11:00 during a rehab session with Sarah, we continued to work on editing my book. I have 2600 words and counting. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating my lunch. I then met with Brenda for Nursing. I had informed her I am now taking an iron pill. She then went over what foods and vitamins help with iron. Brenda said that I described to her what sounds like to be vertigo. At 1:00 I working on labelling chapters in my book. At 2:00 during cog skills group Sarah had us catagorising in a game called spurt it out. I then went to the dining area to enter my blog while waiting to leave.
