Setting some new goals during my rehab session with Kassandra

My Wednesday morning begain at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper body with my weights. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cream of wheat with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth. I then grabbed my things and out the door I went. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:40. I then put my things into my locker. As I was doing so, a lady who works in the office department downstairs next to the gym approach me letting me know that she has been watching me run on the treadmill and that I was an inspiration to her. Today was her last day before taking a position selling homes. She told me to keep up the good work, I then went about my day. Dan first had me ride the Nu Step for twenty minutes. I then went into the hallway so as to tap cones while walking. Today for some odd reason, my vision became blurred and I received a headache. I became light headed, so Dan had me end my workout a little early. At 10:15 during my rehab session with Michelle, I had looked at documents and reviewed how to save on google docs. I then cleared running programs At 11:00 I then went to the conference room with Michelle for Brain Injury Education Group. Today She and Laura had us e-mailing a letter to the scrub club about our interest in doing another presentation for them this year. At 12:00 I then ate my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 during Artsy Artisans Group Jessica and Dan had us coloring by number before planning another project. At 2:00 I then worked on my book with Kassandra. I had told her how working on my book every week allows me to relive my ski accident and stroke over and over again every week. Together we had decided to put the book on hold for now and work on other goals that I may have, starting next week. At 3:00 during Holiday Decorating Group we took a break from the group and played a game called knock it or blow it. It is a trivial question type game. At 4:00 I then then left therapy. I had arrived home at 6:00 after dropping off other clients. Once inside I then had put on something comfortable before eating dinner. I then pulled up my blog and began to type in todays entry.
