Stepping on a 2by4

My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then worked my upper body with my weights. At 5:50 I had shaved before taking my shower thus getting ready for my day. At 6:20 I had made my way into the kitchen to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with a blueberry muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then gathered my things before sitting to wait for my ride. United Wheelchair had arrived at 7:30. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neuro rehab at 8:50, I had put my things into my locker. I then sat down to put my running shoes on. I then made my way into the gym. Dan was there waiting for me. He first had me twenty minutes on the Nu Step cycling. I had gone 1.12 miles. Dan then strapped the gate belt around my waist before having me stepping onto a 2by4 to work on balance. Once on the 2by4 I then side stepped from side to side. Dan then had me in the parallel bars. He then had me placing my foot on the erix ball. I then held my foot there for five seconds before changing feet. At 10:00 I then went into a therapy to rest while waiting for Michelle. At 10:00 Michelle and I worked on consolodating my appts on my I pad. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room. Today we had done a cognitive activity with Michelle and Laura. We had played the game Apples to Apples. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat some lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went back to the dining area for artsy artisans. today Jill and John had us drawing. At 2:00 I had worked on editing my book during a session with Leith. At 3:00 I then did another cognitive based type activity with michelle. This time we played skip-bo with two other clients. At 4:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 5:30. Upon doing so, I had eaten my dinner before pulling up my blog.
