Working on my balance in P.T.

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and make my bed. At 6:25 I then began to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper body with my weights. At 6:40 I then preceded to do my back stretch's. After working my ankles, At 6:50 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:40 I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. At 8:00 I then sat to wait for my ride. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone straight to my locker before going to the gym. I had met Michelle there so as to have my P.T. Session. She first had me on the Nu Step for ten minutes. Michele then took me out into the parking lot so as to work on my balance stepping over cones. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel Group Jessica had us practiced drawing a picture for May's calendar pages. At 12:00 I then ate lunch. At 1:00 I then edited my book with Sarah. At 2:00 Sarah and I then played several games of chess for the next hour. At 3:00 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog. I then began to type today's entry before going home.
