Stepping over cones during P.T.

My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. first my back then my other stretch's. After doing so, I then began upper weight work out. Once I had completed my workout, I then at 6:30 shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:50 I then made my way back into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal with a muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 6:20 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week. At I then sat in my recliner so as to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had put my things into my locker before making my way over to the gym for my P.T. session with Michelle. Once I had done twenty minutes on the Nu Step Michelle had me out in the hallway stepping over cones, so as to work on my balance. I then went into the parallel bars so as to do some exercises so as to stretch my caves. At 11:00 I then made my way back upstairs to the conference room for Bullet Journel Group. Today we continued working on our journals. Today Jessica had us start working on a "Happy Place" page. This is where we are drawing a place we would enjoy going to. At 12:00 I then took a shower before going back to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 during my rehab session with Sarah, we continued editing my book. At 2:00 during cognitive skills group Sarah had us playing the game Boggle, a game where a bunch of dice with letters on them are shook inside a cube, and when they land in there square you tried to make as many words as possible in the amount of time aloud. At 3:00 I then met with Piper for my case management session. After a fifteen minute discussion, I then waited to go home. I had left for home at 4:00, thus arriving home 5:00. Once inside I had eaten my dinner before pulling up my blog.
