Chatting with Piper about my schedule
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch my back and other stretch's I have been doing since I have had my stroke. After doing so, I then worked my upper body doing my weight exercises. At 6:18 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for my day, I then went into the kitchen. I had first eaten some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with half of a toasted english muffin. At 7:15 I then returned to my bathroom so as to brush my teeth. I then clean my bathroom before sitting down to wait for my ride. At 7:50 I then decided to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead while waiting. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had gone strait to the gym. Kassandra first had on the Nu Step on level three. She then had me in the hallway walking fast then slow. At 10:30 she then had me take a break on the matt. She then had me walking in and around cones. This proved to be a little difficult with my orthotics. We then worked on bouncing a basketball. I will be in basketball group with Kasandra cin the coming months. At 11:00 During Bullet Journel Group With Jesse we came up with our favorites page. Once it was designed, our homework this week is to think of our favorite song, food, ect. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. At 1:00 during my rehab session with steven I had worked on editing my book. At 2:00 I then played chess with Michelle on line. At 3:00 during a case management session with Piper we talked about adding another day to my schedule and at the same time decreasing the hours per day that I am receiving therapy at WestSide. Once I see how that works, I can either keep it or try something else. At 3:15 i then went to the dining area so as to wait for my ride. At 4:00 I then went back up to the lobby so as to leave for home. I had arrived home at 5:15. I had taken a shower before eating my dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to type my blog entry.
