First day of chess group

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 5:30 I then did my back stretch's. Once my workout was complete, I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:45 I then made my way into my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 7:30 United Wheelchair arrived to bring me to WestSide. We had arrived at 8:45. Once I had put my lunch into my locker I then walked over to the gym where I met Kassandra. During my P.T. session Kassandra first had me ten minutes on the Nu Step to exercise my legs. Once I had finished peddling, At 9:30 Kassandra had me dribbling the basket ball. In doing so, I was preparing myself for basketball group. At 9:45 Kassandra and I went inside to play a game of chess. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, she and I played a game of chess on ling. At 11:00, Michelle and I then went to conference room B for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Michelle had us preparing things for an upcoming presentation that we will be giving at next week at Senior's Plus. I will doing the introduction along with my story. I then will show them what it is like to live daily with a visual impairment by passing around glasses maid up to simulate my vision or lack of. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for the first chess group. I had played a game with another client and lost. At 2:00 during my rehab session with Kassandra, she and I played a game of chess. At 3:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 4:22. Once inside, I had put some laundry away before taking a shower. Once I was comfy, I then ate my dinner. I then went to my lap top and began to blog.
