Cycling to strengthen those legs

My Friday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 7:55 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen. At 8:13 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then went back into the kitchen so as to start the dishwasher. At 8:27 I then lied down to rest for thirty minutes before cycling at 9:00. still feeling a little under the weather from last week, I was only able to cycle for ten minutes. I then returned to my bedroom so as to make my bed. After doing so I then stretched my back. At 9:45 I then spoke to my grandmother. Once off the phone, I then worked my upper body with my weight exercises. At 10:00 My friend Tim had called. He is still in rehab and making progress every day. He tells he is able to bare weight on his right leg. At 11:06 I then emptied the dishwasher, thus putting the dish's away. At 11:30 I then had some lunch before brushing my teeth and laying down to rest. I had slept from 11:46-3:45. Once I was up I had taken a shower before typing my daily blog entry.
