My Thursday morning began on this first day of March, at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back stretch’s. At 6:00 I then began to do the stretch’s that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 6:10 Ithen went into the bathroom so as to shave before taking my shower. Once I was ready, I then went into the kitchen at 6:30 so as to eat my breakfast. After doing so, I then returned to
My bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in some air, I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. I first put on my splint. I was only able to wear it for twenty minutes because United Wheelchair had arrived early, due to an extra pick up along the way. Around 8:30 as we were leaving the town of Heartford. At 9:00 I had arrived at WestSide. Sitting in the lobby at this point was all that I could do. I was feeling pretty wiped. Steven my new case manager had pulled me aside to let me know that they would be taking me out of guitar group due to the noise, until I get things straitened out with my Nueroloical problems. I then met with Kassandra for a rehab session. She had me organizing the information I had kept of dates and times of when I had a Siezure. At 11:00 I then met Ashley for a rehab session. She had me going over my I pad. We had created another station or two in my music. At 12:00 I then left for home. On way out, Pat gave me my schedule at the front desk. I had arrived home at 1:25. Once in my bedroom I had put on some comfortable clothing before going into the kitchen so as to have a bite to eat. Once I had my fill, I then called Jim at Talking books. He was not in his office, so I had left a message. At 1:45 I then went to bed. I had slept from 1:45-4:45. Once I was up, I had taken a shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to enter my daily blog entry.
