Another Wintery Day of Shoveling
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by watching the news and weather cancelation. Due to the snow storm that we had last night, all transportation was cancelled. Once I had found that out, I then went back to bed and slept until 9:00. Ithen got up and went into the kitchen so as to dink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit dipped in yogurt. After doing so, I then had taosted myself an english muffin and put peanutbutter and honey on it. Once I had finished eating breakfast, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then used my inhaler before shaving. At 9:52 I then began to do the stretches that had helped me during my latest stroke. At 10:00 I then took my dirty laundry to the laundry room so as to start a load of laundry. At 10:10 I then cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom to finishe the stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery. At 10:40 I then went back to the laundry room so as to hang the laundry to dry. At 11:10 I then went back to my bedroom so as to do my back stretches. At 11:30 I then had gone out onto the main deck so as to shovel the snow. After forty minutes of shoveling, I then went back inside at 12:10 so as to take a shower. I then went back into the kitchen at 12:10 so as to take a shower. Once I was comfortable, I had gone back into the kitchen to have a bowl of clam chowder for lunch. At 12:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then called Steven my Case Manager at WestSide, so as to let him know that I would need another 2:00 p.m. pick up on Wednesday February 6th After my meeting with Caitlyn. I then layed down to rest and slept until 5:00. Once I had eaten dinner, I then returned to my bedroom so as to take a shower. Then sat down to fill up my empty pill containers for the week before calling the pharmacy to order two scripts. At 6:30 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
