Working with beads to make a design
My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then preceded. With my back stretches. At 5:37 I had shaved before taking a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. After a bowl of hot cereal an half of a toasted muffin, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush Brush my teeth. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I had used my inhaler. At 6:40 I Saw that most of my pill containers were empty, so I had taken out my medications and filled them for the week while listening to my audio book. At 7:15 I then grabbed my knapsack and met the United Wheelchair Driver in my driveway who would be taking me to WestSide. I had arrived to WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. During my rehab session with Ashly we had used beads to stick into a design. The beads were then ironed so as to stay together in the design that we had made. At 10:00 during a group called Healthy Brain Group that I am now in, we had answered trivia questions on line with Ashly and Jamie. At 11:00 I then continued looping yarn around the nails that spell out the word home on a round piece of wood. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me home. Upon my arrival home at 1:15, I had put on something more comfortable before eating lunch. Once I had brushed my teeth’ I lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-5:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I had eaten dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 5:40 so as to pull up my blog ant type of my day.
