Writing and article To put in the news letter
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke recovery. At 5:20 I then continued stretching with my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then cycled for twenty minutes until 5:50. After doing so, I then shaved before taking a shower. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:45 I returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, put in my eye and nose drops, before taking in some air. At 7:15 I then grabbed my knapsack and met Lou from United Wheelchair in my driveway. I had arrived at WestSdie Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait to the conference so as to work on the newsletter. Today I had researched and wrote an article on Martin Luther King Junior Day. I now have to research and write an article on national peanutbutter day. I will have plenty of time to do that in the next two days, do to the snow we have coming. That should keep me home from WestSide Neurorehab for sure. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ashly we had played three games of cribbage. I took two out of the three games we played, but they were close ones. At 11:00 during bullet journal group Jes had us drawing a picture to bring in the new year with 2019 in it. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be bringing me home. I had arrived home at 1:05. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest and slept from 1:40-5:00. Once I had taken a shower, I then had eaten dinner before talking to a friend on the phone who had called. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
