Sharing with others my next challange that I am taking on.
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have been helping in my latest stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After a bowl of cereal with half of a blueberry muffin toasted, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:30 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. Once I grabbed my knapsack I went outside to meet United Wheelchair in my driveway at 7:10. We had arrived at WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. Upon doing so, I had gone to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today I shared with the other visually impaired clients in the group what I am taking on as my next challenge with the division of the blind. I then took the time to email my case manager for the devision of the blind. At 10:00 During a rehab session with Adam, we had played a game of chess before playing a game of mancola. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi’s office for mindfulleness and meditation. After a mindfulness practess we were asked what we heard. At 12:00 During my case management time with Steven, I had told him where I am at with devision of the blind. At 12:15 I then went to the lobby so as to meet buzzy the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:30. In doing so, I had eaten my lunch . At 2:00 I then brushed my teeth. At 2:38 I then left for the Chiropractors. Upon my arrival, Dr. Roberts checked me out and everything seemed to be all lined up. Two visits in a row. My next appointment is in a month. I had arrived home at 2:30. Once I had taken a shower, and was comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
