Making the best of the extra day off
My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. I was able to sleep in a little longer do to the holiday. I then brought my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a load of laundry. Once it was started, I then cycled for twenty-five minutes. I then went back into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped in yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with a half toasted English muffin. At 9:43 I had returned to my bedoom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. At 9:51 I had made my bed before returning to the laundry room so as to hang the laundry to dry. At 10:05 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to stretch. Once I had finished doing the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke recovery, I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 10:55 I had began to do my back stretches. I then did a ten minute mindfulness practice before making my move in words with friends. At 11:22 I then took a shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 11:57 My father took my mother and I to the shop so as to give us each a haircut. We had arrived at the shop at 11:30. Once he had given us both a haircut we then left for home at 1:00. We had arrived home 1:13. Once inside the house, I had gone to my bedroom to put something comfortable on. I then went into the kitchen so as to have sardines and triskets for lunch. At 1:27 I then went back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:53. I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of hamburger soup with my parents. At 5:15 I then returned to my bedroom so as to take a shower. I then pulled up my blog so as to type of my day.
