Working with Sam Green Soon

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery. At 5:15 I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then I then worked my legs land upper body. With my weights. At 5:30 once I had shaved and taken my shower, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit and drink my hot cocoa. At 6:00 I then fixed myself a bowl of Cheerios with a toasted english muffin. At 6:15 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye drops and noise drops before taking in some air. At 6:30 I had picked up the kitchen before staring the dishwasher. I then returned to my bedroom so as to get my knapsack so as to meet United Wheelchair in my driveway at 7:30. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 8:45 I had sat in the lobby while waiting for my first therapy. During success Group today, Kathleen had us share our weekly successes. “I DESERVE IT!” At 10:00 during heathy brains group we had played Red haring with Jamie and Brenda. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie we had played three games of chess. At 12:00 I then Went to the lobby so as to eat my lunch. I then brushed my teeth and went back to the lobby to wait for Tim Small my case manager from the devision of the blind. He had brought me down the street to the career center. Once we had a room signed out, Tim let me know that he’d be introducing me to Sam Green soon. She will be Helping me get used to Schooner Estates, and how to get around the building. She will also help me inside my apartment. Time then brought me back to WestSide for 2:00 so that I could meet my ride. I had arrived home at 3:40. I talked to my mother for a bit before taking a shower. I then ate dinner before returning to my bedroom so as to blog of my day.
