My Monday morning began at 8:40 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cup of cider. At 8:50 I then had a banana sandwich with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating at 9:00 I then shaved and brushed my teeth before making my bed. At 9:25 I then put som clean laundry away. At 9:30 my sister had arrived. My sister, parents and I then spent an hour talking before they left to go to a funeral. At 10:32 I then bregan to do my stroke stretches. At 10:35 a coworker of my mothers had called letting me know to tel my mother that she does not have cancer. At 10:40 I then continued to stretch. I then washed my hair. At 11:05 I had put an ice pack on my back. After having it on there for ten minutes, I had put in my eye and nose drops in before taking in two puffs of air with each of my inhalers. At 11:27 I sat down to read. While doing so, my cousin had messaged me on facebook. before we finished talking, he let me know hat we should talk everyday on messenger. At 12:45 I then had a salad before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:20-3:40 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then, I then had eaten my dinner. aT 4:23 a friend had called Once I had finished talking, I then pulled up my blog at 5:00 and began to type of my day.
