Talking about joining the state wide brain injury support group during my counseling session with Frank

 My Wednesday morning began at 6:50 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink a hot cup of cider while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had a half of a toasted english muffin with an egg and some home fries. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 7:30 I then made my bed before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with both of my inhalers, I then called Dr. Seally's office my primary doctor to make an appointment for tomorrow to have something looked at. I had made the appointment for 9:45 a.m. tomorrow. At 8:16 I then sat down to listen to my audio book. At 8:50 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. Still laying off my back stretches, Doctors orders, I then put and ice pack on my back for twenty minutes. At 9:23 I then listened to my audio book while waiting for my meeting with Frank. At during my meeting with Franking, we spoke about. how my visually impaired support group went with Leona. We then spoke about talking to Trevor my case manager for the devision of the blind. We then spoke about how the brain injury support group is going for me that I attended. I then let Frank know how I mentioned to Leona how I was on the Maine Adaptive Race Ski Team, Leona then asked me if I knew Linsey. She was another visually impaired client that she is working with. I said yes. Frank and I then spoke about being part of a certain that I like best. He then gave me home work for the week. To send an email to Sarah Gaffni about the state wide Brain injury support group. Once I had finished speaking with Frank, I then email Sarah. The meetings are the first Wednesday of each month from 11-12 Frank then let me know that we have eleven more sessions before he moves on to his next assignment. at 10:55 we wrapped things up. aT 11:05 I then brushed my teeth and went to bed. I had slept from 11:15-1:30 before waking. I then took a shower before sitting down to read. At 2:30 I had played a game of cribbage with my mother before speaking to a friend. At 3:45 I had eaten dinner with my parents. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog at 3:45 and typed of my days events.
