Happy St. Patricks Day

My Wednesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating breakfast, I then returned to my bedroom at 8:45 to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, at 9:11 I then washed my face and hair before cleaning my bathroom so as to get ready for my counseling session with Frank. At 10:00 Frank Frank and I connected on line. Today we spoke about things that I could do once I get my covid-19 shot.  We also spoke about writing a poem or even a letter to   the friend I had just lost. We also spoke about work and being part of a team. We spoke about the Maine chapter support group every Wednesday from 11-12 with the Brain Injury Association of America with Sara Gaffny. First Wednesday of every month. My homework for this week is to write a letter to my friend that had past away and what I would like to say to her. We then spoke the grieving process. Once my session was finished, I then read from 11:06-11:25. I then listened to my audio to my audio book. At 12:00 I watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I had a bite to eat before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:00-3:52. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner.I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of my day.
