Is there a support group at my local hospital?

My Wednesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by goint into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, at 8:45 I then had some pancakes for breakfast. At 9:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and put my eye and nose drops in. Once I had taken a puff of air with each inhaler. At 9:22 I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 9:36 I then did some reading whiling waiting to talk to Frank on line. At 10:00 during my online counseling session, Frank first let me know that our last session will be May 26th. He will be then be moving on to his nest assignment. We then spoke about my second covid vaccine. We then spoke about taking small steps towards returning back to my normal life style. What ever that is. He then gave me a homework assignment for this week of seeing if our local hospital has a brain injury support group. We then spoke about going for walks and getting out more. At 8:48 we then ended our session. I then called Franklin Memorial Hospital to see if they have a monthly Brain Injury Support Group. They then gave me another hospital for an option. At 11:12 I then lied down to rest and slept until 12:45. I then took a shower before having a bowl of soup. I then brushed my teeth before leaving the house with my father to go to the chiropractor. We had arrived at 2:20. Once we had our adjustments we were on our way home. We had arrived home at 2:54. Once I had something more comfortable on, I then spoke to a friend on the phone. He let me know his home that he lives in went on a bus trip to Durham. At 4:30 I then ate dinner. At 4:53 I then returned to my bedroom to pull uo my blog and type of my day.
