"Hello Sally!F"

 My Monday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa.At 7:40 I then had an egg, spinach, chicken, with a slice of toast. At 8:00 I then brushed my teeth before getting dressed and ready for the day. At 9:40 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 9:30 I then left the house on United Wheelchair to go to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 10:00 I had arrived. At 10:30 I had O.T. with Angela She first had me write down three things that you are grateful for in my journal. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to have lunch. At 1:00 I then had Laughter Therapy with Angela. She first had the group play the game "helloSally!" We then talked about our lives struggles after brain injury. At 2:00 I then had P.T. with Caron. She first had me on the Nu Step for twenty minutes. She then had me waled the hallway. After two laps using the cane, I then went back into the gym to go into the parallel bars to do leg exercises.  At 3:00 Caron then took the elevator up to the lobby with me to meet the United Driver who would be taking me home. After dropping another client home, I arrived home at 4:30. Once I had a bowl of soup with crackers, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
