My Wednesday morning began at 9:40 a.m. by drinking my hot apple cider while eating my fruit. At 4:50 a.m. I then had a bowl of cheereo's with banana an english muffin. At 10:00 I then I then shaved and took a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 10:20 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops in. Once I had taken in two puffs of air. At 10:54 I then I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:30 I then left for WestSide. At 12:45 I arrived at WestSide. At 1:00 during cribbage group with Abby I had played a game with another client and won. At 2:00 during puzzle group with Abby I continued making my puzzle, which is quite the challenge. At 3:00 during painting. group I began to paint a new painting. I then left WestSide at 4:00 I arrived home at 5:00. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening I then had aplate of spaghetti and meatballs. Once I had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
