Pine Tree Camp Day

My Wednesday morning began at 4:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so I then grabbed my dumb bells so as to work my upper body. At 4:50 I then had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 5:15 I then went into the main camp so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. At 6:15 Pete from United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 8:00 a.m. I had talked to Vicky while waiting for Chris to bring me to Pine Tree Camp for the day. At 8:30 Chris and I left for Pine Tree Camp.  We had arrived at 9:30 a.m. Upon arrival I had gone to the mess hall so as to get some breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then played bingo with a group of clients until 11:00. At 11:30 I then took a walk to the tree house with Laura and Chris. We sat in the tree house for a while before leaving at 12:00 noon to go to the caffeteria so as to eat some lunch. On the menue French fries, chicken nuggets, and tossed salad. Once we had finished eating I then went to do tie die shirts at 1:00 with Laura. At 2:00 I then put on my bathing suit so as to go into the water for a swim. The water was so warm I had stayed in there for an hour playing volley ball with Lydia and others. I then got out and got dress and then headed home with Chris at 3:30. Once at WestSide United then took me to camp. Upon arrival to camp, I was so cold I had taken a shower while drinking some hot cocao. I then went into othe main camp to hace a grilled cheeze. At 6:37 I then pulled up my blog. 

Packing for Pine Tree Camp

My Tuesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. By going into the main camp. To drink my. Hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a piece of toast to go along with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen before going back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put some clean laundry away. At 9:00 I then put some clean laundry away After doing so, I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. I then Called my grandmother before making my move in words with friends. At 9:30 I then bega in to do my weight exercises. Once I had worked my arms, I then began to stretch. At 10:00 I then sat down to read some of the newspaper. I then spoke to my sister on the phone before laying down to rest at 10:45. It is a good thing I did. I was so I tired, I did not wake up until 2:00. I then worked on my writing a bit before calling United Wheelchair to see what time I would be picked up tomorrow to go to pine tree camp for the day. I will be meeting Others who are already  up there for a three day two night adventure. One day is sufficient enough for me. I had friends begging me to go for the full three day two night outing , but at this point one day is plenty. I'll be lucky if I will be able to stay awake the entire day. Unite wheelchair will be picking me up tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m. At 2:23 I then had a piece of muffle letter sandwich for lunch. At 2:40 I then went back to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then packed my napsack with bathing suit, towel, sunscreen ect. For tomorrow's outing. At 3:00 I then took a shower before sitting down to enter my blog for the day. 

Labor Day

My Monday morning began at 9:40 a.m. By making my bed. At 9:50 I then began to stretch. After doing so, I had gone into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my. Hot cocao. At 10:30 I then had some pancakes for breakfast before going back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. At 11:30 I then continued to work on the presentation I will be giving at the next Brain Injury Conference. At 12:20 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:45. I then called my grandmother. After doing so I had played some words with friends until 4:45. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 5:00. I then went to eat dinner before calling it a day. 

A visit with grandma with my sister

My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. By watching Sunday Mass. After doing so, I then called my grandmother. Once I had finished talking, I then went out on the deck so as to drink my hot cocao while eating some fruit. At 9:40 I then went back into the camp so as to eat my breakfast. At 10:00 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then took the sheets off my bed. At 10:20 I then left for home with my sister. Once we had a load of laundry going and one in the dryer, we had gone to visit our grandmother. We had stayed until it was time for her to go to eat. We had arrived home at 11:25. My sister then started another load of laundry. I then took a shower. At 12:00 we then left for camp. We had arrived at 12:40. I then went into my camp so as to make my bed with my mother. At 12:53 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:45. Once I was up, I had played a game of tock with my parents. At 6:00 I then went into my camp so as to blog of my day before eating dinner.

My Saturday morning bega at 9:30 a.m. By getting up to make my bed. After doing so, I had then called my grandmother before going into the main camp, so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had an egg sandwich for breakfast. At 10:08 I had returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. At 10:15 I then worked on my speech that I am giving at the next Brain Injury Conference in October. The Focus is, recreational therapy and how it has helped me. At 11:45 my sister had arrived. I had visited for an hour before laying down to rest at 12:45. I had slept until 2:30 before getting up to do my upper body workout. I then stretched. At 2:50 I then went back into the main camp so as to get a bite to eat. I then watched a little bit of a movie before playing a game of rummie with my sister and Gary. At 6:15 I had taken a shower before going out on the deck so as to eat dinner with my family. At 7:15 I had gone into my camp so as to blog.  

Relax

My Friday morning began at 9:30 By getting out of bed so as to shave. After doing so, I had made my bed before going into the main camp. Once inside, I then ate some fruit with my hot cocao. After doing so, I then had a piece of toast to go along with my bowl of cereal. At 10:05 I then charged my phone while I brushed my teeth. I then went back into the main camp so as to wash my breakfast dish's. I then went back into my camp so as to put some clean laundry away. At 10:48 I then began to stretch. At 11:12 I then grabbed my dumb bells and began to work my upper body. After doing so, I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 11:30 I then called my grandmother to see how her morning was going thus far. At 11:40 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. I then turned on the news. My mother had arrived home from work . I then had some lunch before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:00 until 3:40 before getting up. I then spoke to a friend before pulling up my blog. 

Blood work

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. By getting out of bed to stretch. Once my routine was complete, I then grabbed my weights and be gain to lift. At 6:20 I then made my move in words with friends. At 6:00 a.m. At 6:30 I then lied back down. At 8:15 I then left for home. Upon my arrival home, I had taken a shower thus getting ready to have blood work done at Franklin Memorial Hospital. It was a fasting blood test, so I was yet to eat breakfast. I had arrived at the Hospital at 9:45. Once inside, I had checked in. Once I was stabbed, My mother and I then went to Wal-mart so as to pick up some things At 10:45 we had left Wal-Mart. We had arrived home at 11:00. Once inside I had put things away. After doing so, I then WestSide so as to speak to my case manager. At 11:10 I then had some fruit. At 11:25 I then had some pasta. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-3:00. I then left for camp with my mother. Upon my arrival at 4:00 I had unpacked, then brought up my blog.
